An Air Cadet League volunteer is one of our most valuable commodities – we like to think of ‘gold’ as the best comparison!
Over 2500 committed volunteers provide the many ‘cogs’ that make our organization run smoothly. The most important contributions that our volunteers make are their time and expertise…truly priceless contributions.
Our volunteers come from all walks of life, from communities across the province, young and old alike (18 is minimum age) and with all types of skills, experience and talents.
Most of our volunteers contribute their time at the local level, usually with the Air Cadet squadron in their local community. Some of our volunteers are parents of Cadets, others are members of local service clubs and legions, and still others are business people and families who wish to give their time and efforts to help the youth in their community.
Every volunteer is part of the premier youth movement that is committed to providing the highest quality experiences and opportunities that our Cadets carry with them for the rest of their lives.
At the core of our volunteer and corporate motivation is our commitment to ‘enhance the development of well adjusted, civic minded youth to undertake leadership roles in a great Canada and a better world.’

All volunteers must go through a registration and screening process before being approved as a registered member of the Air Cadet League.
Please contact one of our Air Cadet League members or Squadrons (using the links at the bottom of this website) if you would like to become a volunteer.
