Air cadets are required to participate in a field training exercise (FTX) as part of the training program. The scope of the exercise will cover the training requirements as outlined in the level CTPs.
The cadets are to be given the opportunity to complete this training as guided by unit staff and senior cadets. Emphasis will be placed on providing a ‘cadet run’ environment.
